Kerrway Construction Ltd provides a full managed service and are available to offer advice on all kinds of construction projects.
Kerrway understand the value of carefully considered design and well crafted construction. We are experts in all aspects of the building process. Our highly qualified team is able to work with you through all stages of a project, from your initial ideas, through to completing the build to the highest quality.

We offer two packages:

DESIGN + BUILD

We understand that each project is unique. Our design and build service may be tailored to meet your specific requirements, bringing value to the project where it is needed. Our architect and team of construction professionals will work closely with you during the key stages of the project. The full package comprises seven stages:

01.
Brief + Survey: Develop the project brief. Carry out a measured survey, accurately recording the existing property.

02.
Sketch Design: Develop sketch design options (min. 3-5 options).

03.
Scheme Design + Planning: Develop preferred option to create a coordinated scheme design. Submit proposals to the local planning authority.

04.
Technical Design: Following planning consent, prepare detail design information for construction and to submit to Building Control. Submit all relevant planning conditions for approval.

05.
Interior Design: Prepare detail design information for all finishes and fittings.

06.
Pre-Construction Phase: Provide a no obligation quote for constructing the works. Ensure all pre-construction information is in place including all party wall notices and agreements, health and safety information, and a suitable building contract.

07.
Construction: Construct and manage the works, bringing the project to life.
We are happy to be appointed one stage at a time, as you require.

CONSTRUCT

Should you already have planning approval and technical design information in place, Kerrway will gladly work with your team of existing consultants. We will discuss your design in detail and advise how we can best work to realise the design. We will provide a quote, with no hidden fees, based on the existing design information.
